Andreas Blühm is a German art historian, museum curator, and director with over 30 years of experience in museum leadership. He has held senior positions at five prestigious institutions in Germany and the Netherlands. His career highlights include serving as the Director of the Wallraf-Richartz-Museum in Cologne and the Director of the Groninger Museum. He previously served as the head of presentation at the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. Blühm is a prolific author of exhibition catalogues and academic texts, with works spanning from medieval art to modern museology.
