Bennett Simpson is an American curator, writer, and editor. He was born in Baltimore and grew up in Arlington, Virginia. Since relocating to New York in 1997, he has worked extensively as a curator, teacher, and author for various galleries and museums. He currently serves as the Senior Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), Los Angeles. Simpson is widely published on contemporary art and has contributed essays to numerous museum catalogs and publications.[1,2]
