Carel Cypriaan Gerard Quarles van Ufford was a Dutch art historian known for his research into Dutch architecture and 17th-century painting. He has contributed to numerous catalogs and publications concerning the artistic heritage of the Netherlands, particularly focusing on the city of Amsterdam. He served in various public capacities, including as a Commissaris der Koningin in Gelderland.[1]
