David Chandler
author
David Chandler is a British writer, editor, and curator specializing in photography and visual culture. He has held significant curatorial roles, including serving as the head of exhibitions at The Photographers' Gallery in London (1988-1995) and as an assistant curator of photography at the National Portrait Gallery (1982-1988). He is currently the director of PhotoWorks in Brighton. Chandler has authored numerous texts on contemporary photography, including essays for monographs by Rinko Kawauchi and others.[1,2]
