J.B.Th. Hugenholtz was a Dutch racing enthusiast and architect who served as the director of the Circuit van Zandvoort starting in 1949. He is recognized for his significant contributions to the development of motor racing infrastructure in the Netherlands, including his work on the Circuit van Zeist and later the expansion of the Zandvoort circuit. He was a prominent figure in Dutch motorsport circles during the mid-20th century.[1,2,3,4]
