John Jansen van Galen

John Jansen van Galen (born July 15, 1940) is a Dutch journalist and writer. He studied political and social sciences at the University of Amsterdam in the mid-1960s. From 1968 to 1990, he worked for the magazine Haagse Post, eventually serving as its editor-in-chief. He has also written extensively on decolonization, Dutch politics, and travel, contributing to various publications including Het Parool and VPRO radio.[1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8]
