Queen Juliana (H.M. de Koningin Juliana) was the Queen of the Netherlands from 1948 to 1980. She is noted for her role during and after World War II and for her involvement in national events, including providing a handwritten foreword for the book 'De Ramp' following the North Sea flood of 1953.
