Max Kandhola

Max Kandhola is a British Punjabi Sikh fine art photographer and academic. He is currently an Associate Professor in photography, Design & Digital Arts at Nottingham Trent University. Kandhola's work explores the complexities of the human condition, cultural identity, and the politics of representation, particularly focusing on the Punjabi diaspora. He studied photography at Bournville College of Art and the University of Wolverhampton. His practice combines philosophical inquiry with cultural discourse, critically observing the relationship between human experience and social politics.[1,2,3,4]
