Peter-Paul de Baar is a Dutch historian and journalist. He served as the editor-in-chief of the monthly magazine 'Ons Amsterdam' from 1989 to 2018. De Baar is also a co-founder and administrator of the Theo Thijssen Museum in Amsterdam.
