Robert Cahn was an American journalist, teacher, and author who devoted much of his career to reporting on environmental causes. He graduated from the University of Washington and began his journalism career by writing sports stories before moving into environmental advocacy. He is noted for his inquiry into the future of national parks and methods for their preservation, which earned him recognition in the field of environmental journalism.[3,4]
