Sophie Howarth

Sophie Howarth is a British writer, curator, and entrepreneur based in London. She has had an eclectic career spanning the arts, activism, social enterprise, and government. Notably, she served as the Curator of Public Programmes at Tate Modern and was the Co-Founder of The School of Life. She has also worked as a Special Advisor on Social Action for the UK government and as Faculty Lead at Year Here. Her work often focuses on individual and collective resilience, justice, and joy. In addition to her curatorial and advisory roles, she is an author of several books related to photography and mindfulness.[1,2]
