Willem Boudewijn (Wibo) van de Linde was a prominent Dutch journalist and television program maker. He began his career in the early 1960s at United Press International before becoming a key figure in Dutch public broadcasting. He served as an editor and reporter for the NTS Journaal (later NOS Journaal) from 1963 to 1968. In 1974, he became the head of informative programs for TROS, where he created the influential program 'TROS Aktua'. Later in his career, he served as director of radio and television for AVRO (1984–1985) and held various executive positions at Endemol and the Postcode Loterij. He was known for his distinctive journalistic style and significant influence on Dutch news broadcasting.[1,2,3]
