| Notes | Book Condition: Good + copy with moderate foxing to front end page and half title, as well as a large liquid stain to pp. 94-95 that also affects (to lesser degree from contact) the surrounding pages (pp. 90-101). Dust jacket in good condition with toning, fragment missing at top of spine and a red mark to front of wrapper. Overall a decent copy (nice working copy) of an extremely scarce book. |
