A limited edition folio by Les Krims Krims needles the Little People of America in his own inimitable way. 24 high quality reproductions in cardboard box.
This work is a limited edition portfolio by photographer Les Krims, published in 1972. It features 24 high-quality black-and-white photographic plates depicting members of the national organization "The Little People of America" (founded by actor Billy Barty) in various candid and posed domestic activities. The prints are housed in a photographically illustrated folding hinged cardboard box, which includes an introduction essay by A. D. Coleman. Krims sought to portray his subjects as "normal" people, intentionally counteracting common negative stereotypes associated with the community.
