Albin Biblom

Albin Biblom (born Albin Erik Höglund on August 8, 1975) is a Swedish photographer and documentary filmmaker. He studied photography at the International Center of Photography in New York from 1993 to 1994 and later attended the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam from 1998 to 1999. His early career included an exhibition in New York in 1994 titled 'New York by Night'. Biblom is known for his work in documentary film, including titles such as 'Curiosity and Control' (2018) and 'The Conquest of Space' (2024). He has also been commissioned to create artworks for public spaces, notably a nature-themed installation in the Karolinska Solna cancer treatment building in Stockholm. His work often explores themes of science, history, ethics, and the animal world.[1,2]
