Anneke Groeneveld

Anneke Groeneveld is a Dutch photographic historian and curator. She served as the curator of the iconographical collection at the Museum of Ethnology (Museum voor Volkenkunde) in Rotterdam from 1984 to 2006. Her work focuses on the history of photography, particularly in colonial contexts such as Suriname and the Dutch Indies. She has authored and edited numerous publications regarding historical photography, including works documenting photographers in the Dutch East Indies and Suriname.[1,2]
