Anuschka Blommers is a Dutch photographer who works as part of the collaborative duo Blommers & Schumm. She met her collaborator Niels Schumm while studying at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam and began their professional partnership shortly after graduating in 1997. The duo is internationally recognized for their distinctive visual language that blurs the boundaries between fashion, portraiture, and contemporary art. Their work often subverts conventional photography formats, treating subjects with a playful yet provocative approach. They have collaborated with major fashion houses such as Viktor & Rolf and have been featured in international publications including Vogue, Dazed & Confused, and i-D.[1,2,3,4]
