Edmond Labbé

Edmond Labbé (1868–1944) was a prominent French educator and administrator who served as the first Director General of the Under-Secretariat for Technical Education in 1920. He is best known for his leadership in technical education and his role as the Commissioner-General of the Exposition Internationale des Arts et Techniques Appliqués à la Vie Moderne (International Exposition of Art and Technology in Modern Life) held in Paris in 1937.
