Franz Carl Weiskopf was a German author and scholar who collaborated on several publications regarding Soviet society. He co-authored 'The Land without Unemployment' (Der Staat ohne Arbeitslose) in 1931 with Ernst Glaeser. His work often involved documenting the socio-economic changes in the USSR during the early years of the Five-Year Plan.[2,3]
