Guido Magnaguagno

Guido Magnaguagno is a Swiss art historian and museum director. Born in St. Gallen in 1946, he studied art history before beginning his career as a conservator and vice-director of the Kunsthaus Zürich from 1980 to 2001. During this tenure, he curated significant exhibitions on Dadaism, the history of photography, and monographs of classical artists such as Munch, Ensor, Hodler, and Segantini. Since 2001, he has served as the Director of the Jean Tinguely Museum in Basel, Switzerland. He is also a member of the Swiss Foundation of Photography.[1,4,5]
