Guus Rijven is a Dutch freelance photographer, designer, and artist who has been active since 1975. He studied Graphic Design at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in The Hague (Koninklijke Academie van Beeldende Kunsten). His work often involves travel photography and reportage, blending visual imagery with personal narrative and design elements. Notable projects include 'Het Gat in de Horizon', a photographic reportage on Argentina inspired by his uncle's stories, and various series exploring Japanese landscapes and urban environments.[1,2]
