Jeanne McDermott

Jeanne McDermott is an American science journalist, educator, and author. She has written extensively on scientific topics and personal memoirs. She served as a Knight Fellow in the Public Understanding of Science and Technology at MIT and has been a science teacher at Shady Hill School. Her notable works include 'Babyface: A Story of Heart and Bones', a memoir about her experience raising a son with Apert syndrome, and 'The Killing Winds: The Menace of Biological Warfare'.
