Jeroen Terlingen is a Dutch writer, journalist, and former editor of the weekly magazine Vrij Nederland. He began his career in union journalism in 1968 and later served as a journalist and teacher of journalism until 2005. Terlingen is widely recognized for his non-fiction work, particularly his series of biographies and his writing on cancer experiences. He has published several novels and children's books, and his work often explores historical and personal narratives with a focus on investigative and biographical depth.[1,2,3]
