Mariëtte Haveman is a Dutch art historian, writer, and editor. Since 1989, she has served as the editor-in-chief and publisher of the art magazine Kunstschrift. She is well-known for her essays on art, photography, and literature, as well as her non-fiction books covering topics such as French Salon painting and the history of photography. In addition to her editorial work, she has authored several novels and continues to contribute regularly to Dutch media regarding contemporary art.[1,2,3]
