Maximilian Rossner

Maximilian Rossner is a German artist and photographer based in Weimar. He studied Free Art with a focus on printmaking and drawing at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar (2015–2021), where he earned his Diplom under Prof. Jana Gunstheimer and Peter Heckwolf. Since 2022, he has worked as an independent artist. His artistic practice encompasses experimental printmaking, drawing, and photography, often exploring themes of imagination, abstraction, and structures. He has served as a lecturer for screen printing and graphics at the Mal- und Zeichenschule Weimar since 2019 and was previously a workshop manager at Gerber Siebdruckerei Weimar. Rossner has received several grants, including from the Thüringer Staatskanzlei and the Stiftung Kunstfonds.[1,2]
