Mischa Cohen is a Dutch journalist and author. He studied Dutch at the University of Amsterdam. Cohen has worked as an editor for Vrij Nederland and was previously a bookseller and copy editor for the literary magazine De Held. He has also contributed to NRC Handelsblad and served as a coordinator for the Vrij Nederland color supplement. He is known for his journalistic work, including biographies and reports on contemporary social issues. He won 'De Tegel' in 2014 for his reporting on the consequences of the murder of Theo van Gogh.[1,2,3,4,5]
