Norman Phillips

Major Norman Phillips was a Canadian officer and public relations representative for the Canadian Army during World War II. He served with the Canadian Army PR Services and contributed to several commemorative publications regarding the liberation of the Netherlands. His work 'Holland and the Canadians' (1946) was published by Contact Publishing Company in Amsterdam as a souvenir gift to commemorate the achievements of the Canadian Army in liberating Holland from Nazi occupation.[1,2]
