Peter Landow

Dr. Peter Landow was a German-born author and editor who compiled the significant photographic work 'Natur und Kultur: Das Weib' (Nature and Culture: Woman). Published in Berlin in 1925, the book features 120 photographs of nude women from various nationalities, presented as an anthropological study rather than purely for artistic purposes. The work was subsequently published in French and English editions, with the first English edition appearing in 1926 by Chapman and Hall.[1]
