Qin Han is a Chinese author and editor associated with the publication of 'The Truth About the Beijing Turmoil' (Beijing feng bo ji shi). He served as an editor for this work, which was published by the Beijing Publishing House in 1989/1990. The book provides a perspective on the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests and riots from the viewpoint of the Chinese government or associated editorial boards.[1]
