Renato Danese

Renato Danese is a photographer and editor who has contributed significantly to the documentation of contemporary photography. He is notably recognized for editing 'American Images: New Work by Twenty Contemporary Photographers', published in 1979 (and distributed by the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston). His work often involves compiling and contextualizing the works of various photographers into comprehensive visual records. He has also been involved in exhibition curation, including projects at institutions such as The Baltimore Museum of Art.[1]
