Richard Lancelyn Green (1953–2004) was a British scholar and collector specializing in the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. He is widely recognized for his extensive research into Sherlock Holmes and for compiling numerous previously uncollected writings by Doyle. Alongside John Michael Gibson, he co-edited 'A Bibliography of A. Conan Doyle' (1983), which remains a definitive reference work. Green was a prominent figure in the Sherlockian community, known for his meticulous documentation of Doyle's literary output.[1,2]
