Rineke Dijkstra (born 1959) is a Dutch photographer based in Amsterdam, renowned for her large-scale color portraits that capture adolescents and young adults in moments of vulnerability and transformation. She studied at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam and has received prestigious accolades, including the 1999 Deutsche Börse Photography Prize and the 2017 Hasselblad Award.^[1,2]
