Roberto Rubiano Vargas is a Colombian writer, photographer, and documentarian born in Bogotá in 1952. He is recognized as a master of creative writing in Colombia and has served as a professor at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. His work often intersects with visual arts, particularly photography, where he has contributed to significant historical records of the medium in his country.
