Since 2003 Erik van der Weijde has published over 40 books and zines. Mostly under his own imprint 4478zine Erik van der Weijde's Foto.zine Nr. 3 Series presents 5 handbooks, each themed as follows: 1/ The Stuttgart Issue, 2/ Handguns, 3/ Accidents, 4/ Palm Trees, 5/and an unnamed book featuring photographs of porn star Karla Spice. Each book consists of photographs portraying just what said title implies. In the case of The Stuttgart Issue, each page features a diptych of photographs of the two local car makes: Porsche and Mercedes.
