Conceived by photographer Ton Broekhuis as a visual narrative, the book depicts these areas as a unified entity, described as a 'land without borders.' It features photography by Broekhuis accompanied by various texts, including poetry and prose, contributed by J.P. Rawie, G. Krol, C.O. Jellema, and O.S. Knottnerus. Published in 1993 by Regio-PRoject Groningen, this edition was released to commemorate the first lustrum of Stichting De Klinkkast in Winschoten.
