Casparus Bernardus Oorthuys (1908–1975) was a Dutch photographer and designer, recognized as a significant figure in Dutch documentary photography. He was known for his detailed visual records of industrial processes, urban architecture, and resistance movements during World War II. His work often focused on the spatial and social dynamics of construction and modernization in Europe and abroad. He was a prolific photographer whose archive, including hundreds of thousands of images, has been preserved and studied by institutions such as the Stedelijk Museum.
