Ellie Uyttenbroek is a Dutch stylist and profiler who co-created the 'Exactitudes' project with photographer Ari Versluis in 1994. Her work involves systematic documentation of social identities through their dress codes and shared attitudes. She acts as a researcher/profiler, identifying specific urban tribes and subcultures—ranging from Gabbers to Rockers—and documenting how these groups use clothing to express belonging while simultaneously seeking individuality.
