Harry Cock

Harry Cock is a Dutch photographer based in Assen. He received his training at the School for Photography in The Hague between 1972 and 1975 and began working as an independent photographer in 1980. His work is characterized by an interest in the 'small stories' of everyday life, often focusing on the Northern Dutch landscape, industrial scenes, and architecture. He is well-known for his documentary and portrait work, as well as his diary series 'Reddende Alledaagsheid'. His artistic contribution to regional photography was recognized with the Grote Culturele Prijs Drenthe in 2018.[1,2,3,4]
