Helmut Nothhelfer

Helmut Nothhelfer is a German photographer and artist. He was trained at the Berlin Lette-Schule from 1967 to 1969 and later studied at the Folkwang School of Design in Essen under Otto Steinert. From 1971 to 2006, he worked as a scientific and technical photographer at the Dental Clinic of the Free University of Berlin. He is known for his minimalist approach to photography, often documenting public events and everyday life with a distinct individual style. His work is held in numerous national and international collections.[1]
