Luuk Wilmering is a Dutch artist, photographer, and sculptor based in Haarlem. His work often explores themes of nature, memory, and the human condition through visual poetry, installations, and artist's books. He has held numerous residencies and grants, including from the Mondriaan Fund, and has been involved in various curatorial roles for institutions such as Stroom (The Hague) and the Mondrian Fund. His work is held in significant collections worldwide, including the Rijksmuseum, the Centre Pompidou, and the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Wilmering's practice frequently intersects with historical narratives and environmental themes, often presented in multi-disciplinary formats.[1,2]
