Octavio Zaya is a Spanish art critic, curator, and editor born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. He has been based in New York City since 1978. Zaya serves as the Director of Atlántica, a bilingual quarterly magazine published by CAAM (Las Palmas), and holds various advisory roles for institutions such as MUSAC in León, Spain.
