Max Dendermonde (born Hendrik Hazelhoff) was a Dutch journalist, poet, and writer who became particularly renowned for his extensive collection of 'gedenkboeken' (corporate histories) for various Dutch industrial companies. His writing style, which effectively blended industrial history with cultural and social narrative, was influential in documenting the growth of Dutch industry during the 20th century.
