Theo Baart is a Dutch photographer and author whose work often focuses on the transformation of the Dutch landscape. Growing up in the Haarlemmermeer area, he began documenting its rapid urbanization starting in 1977. His work is noted for capturing the transition from agricultural polders to suburban environments through photography, text, and composition.[1,2]
