Paul Huf (1924–2002) was an icon of Dutch photography, renowned for his pioneering work in advertising, portrait, and fashion photography. A self-taught artist, Huf established himself in the commercial field during the 1950s, setting new artistic standards in the Netherlands. He was known for his theatrical compositions, innovative use of color, and focus on capturing unique human characteristics. His work is held in major collections including the Rijksmuseum. He was a key figure in the establishment of Foam Photography.[1,2]
